Returns Policy
PartyLights.com has a 30-day, money-back guarantee on any product for worry-free shopping. We want to make sure you get the right lights that meet your needs.
Setting Up a Return
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done three ways:
- Log into your PartyLights account. Go to your account, and under the Orders tab click the "Return items?" link. Complete the form, then submit.
- Send an email to customerservice@partylights.com and request an RMA number.
- Call us at 713-861-3400 to request an RMA number.
- Once you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, ship your item(s) to: ATTN: RETURNSPARTYLIGHTS.COM8990 PARK WEST DR, UNIT B2HOUSTON, TX 77063
- Ensure your RMA number is clearly marked on your package(s). Alternatively, you can request a return label by contacting us directly at customerservice@partylights.com or call 713-861-3400 (return shiping fees will be deducted from the refund).
- Once we receive the return items, allow up to 30 days for the refund.
Requirements
- A request for return must be received within 30 days of receipt of the items.
- Item(s) must be returned unused with all the original packaging (pre-packaged items must be unopened).
Exceptions
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- The return shipping label cost for returning non-defective items will be deducted for the refund.
- Items returned without an RMA or outside of 30 days will be assessed a 30% restocking fee.
- If we feel any returned items have been used, no refund will be issued.
- Final sale items are nonrefundable.
- Custom cut cord orders are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
- Larger order ($2,500 or more) returns of non-defective items will be assessed a 30% restocking fee.
- If you refuse delivery of your package(s), original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and an additional 30% restocking fee will be assessed.
- PartyLights.com is not responsible for shipping carrier errors or delays. Expedited orders are not guaranteed so plan accordingly.
Damaged or Non-Working Items
If any part of your order was received damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt of the order. You may be requested to provide a photo of the damaged product or outside packaging.
