Easy Returns

We accept a return or exchange of items purchased within 30 days of receiving your products. Choose between the two options that works best for your:

  1. Receive a return shipping label. Contact us by email or phone to have a return label issued. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

  2. Ship the items back via UPS. UPS is preferred since they won't deliver on weekends when our warehouse is closed. If you prefer to ship back via USPS, please add "signature confirmed" to the shipment so they are not able to leave your package outside on weekends.

Along with your items, please include a copy of your original sales receipt or packing slip (jot a note for the reason for the return) or download and fill out our Return/Exchange Form. We do not require a return merchandise authorization. Ship packages to:

Returns Exceptions

You may return any item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. The following exceptions apply:

  • Custom cut cords are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable (see exception for Exchanges below).
  • Item(s) must be returned unused with all the original packaging (pre-packaged items must be unopened).
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. (If you ordered the wrong items, see Exchanges information below.)
  • If we feel any returned items have been used, a 30% restocking fee may be assessed or no refund at all depending on condition of item(s).
  • Returns received after 30 days but within 60 days, in-store credit will be issued.
  • Any items returned after 60 days of receipt, no refund will be issued.
  • If you refuse delivery of your package, your original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund amount, and an additional 30% restocking fee may be assessed.


For quicker exchange orders, place an order for the new items or call us to place the order. Ship the wrong items back to us following the Easy Returns instructions above (indicate there was an exchange purchased). Once we receive the original product back, we will refund you for the items as well as all or part of your shipping charges on the original order (depends on new items orders and number of items returned). This way you only are paying the shipping charges from us once.

Damaged or Non-Working Products

If any part of your order was received damaged or defective, please e-mail us at or call us at 713-861-3400 for information on how to receive replacement pieces. If a return label is issued, you have 60 days to return the items or your card may be charged the value of the damaged or defective product.
