This is an uncertain and unprecedented time everyone is currently facing. We wanted to reassure our customers that PartyLights.com is still open for business. We are online only, so we are not impacted with the same challenges that a retail storefront may be encountering. We are located in Houston, Texas, and as long as local officials allow us to keep our warehouse running and UPS keeps delivering, we are here to continue to brighten your many days ahead!

Taking Care of Family

We are a small business that is family owned and operated, so every one of our employees is like family to us. Being an online business, we are fortunate to be able to have the majority of our staff move to working remotely. We have kept a core shipping staff in our warehouse to continue to get your orders shipped in a timely manner.

Keeping Inventory Levels

We are pretty well stocked! We have recently been notified by some of our vendors that their state has required them to close their doors for a short period of time. We hope this is short-lived and that they will be back up and running soon. In the meantime, we will do our best to keep our website updated with expected ship dates in the event of stock-outs. We appreciate any back orders placed, because that keeps us and our vendors in business.

Getting Orders to You

With our core warehouse staff in place, we will be shipping orders as usual until either local officials require us to close the warehouse or UPS or other shipping services are no longer available. We mainly use UPS, so if you're interested in the measures they are taking to keep your packages moving along, go to the UPS website for their response.
